I remember this Oakland singer back in 2001 with her "Cuts for Luck and Scars for Freedom" album. After that I haven't seen her name until now. “Homage” was created with Eligh during the sessions for the "Beautiful Resistance" album on an incredibly hot day in Los Angeles. This song is not on the album.
