With the recent release of the new single from Shady Record's "SHADYXV" compilation album titled "Detroit Vs Everybody", the Mass super producer, Statik who produced the track, has been getting flack from Detroit natives as well as others for being the only non Detroit artist on the song. Statik replies:
"I understand a real Detroit fan was like ' I wish the producer was from Detroit'. But guess what?, no disrespect to anybody there, I love Black Milk and I love Apollo Brown, but besides that I don't know anyone. And they choose me, I don't know what else to say"
He then states:
"I've done Eminem records before but they weren't featuring him. I needed this man"
