Nine months since his last record released to the public, BlaccOut Garrison is back with his first track off of his upcoming debut EP. "Cost Is Wild/Feel It" is apart of the 4 year effort to gather thoughts and speak about struggles and hardships from the Brooklyn Park, Minnesota rapper. Behind the scenes lies Harvey K, a producer out of the UK, who provides some dope bass-slapping sound for Garrison to go off on. Stay tuned for more within the upcoming weeks as BlaccOut Garrison's debut EP, Hungry Soulful is slated to drop at the end of this month.
