North Carolina alternative hip-hop/reggae group, Collective Dialect slow it down for their latest single and video for 'One To Blame'. The chilled-out, self-produced track from member Some Guy Ty, has a really relaxing, yet personal feel to it and can be heard on their recent EP "Dog Daze".
