The record, "Scarlet Letters," which is produced by Gahim, is not a single nor is it to be confused as one. As he moves closer to the release of his album, "WREATH," Chance decided to let loose one of the founding records. "Scarlet Letters" is a tribute to the evolution of the black author and what that meant to history. It won't make you dance. It won't make you "turn up."
