17 yr old Baltimore rapper TwoineyLo drops his newest track Lately off this Madlib instrumental. Homie is part of a movement called #NWM (N)othing (W)ithout (M)otivation and their purpose is (as black males) to not end up as statistics like society wants or know we will be. I think dude got a good flow and style and hope to hear more tracks like this in the future.
