Based out of Charlottesville, VA / Washington DC, up comer Sa1loum drops his debut project titled Epitome Perennial. The 10 track project contains some good material from the new comer, though his flow and style are a little shaky at times and needs a couple tweeks here and there, this kid can make a name if he sticks to it.
