CT emcee and Demi God, Apathy, announced on his Facebook today that he and DITC's O.C have formed a new group called "Perestroika" and are currently working an album. Ap is def a slept on artist and with O.C's recent collabed EP with producer Ray West being very dope, I am def looking forward to this project.
