Seventeen-year old Chakkra Tara was born in New Jersey & raised in Philadelphia. After dropping his first project, "SantaStxne", he brings the first single to his upcoming "DAHLIA". t features UK native Shuanise along with production done by Wino Willy who both have made a serious impact on the result of Chakkra's LP.
