“To Life, Love, & Loot” is the forthcoming album from Cee Know the Doodlebug, and is his first full length album with live instrumentation since the Digable Planets era. With his band, The Cosmic Funk Orchestra, Cee Knowledge tells stories of the struggle, sends messages of resistance and protest, and shares his undying desire to stay true to self.
This album delivers a live and refreshing approach, but with a decidedly old school feel. Cee Knowledge and The CFO serve up thick hip hop grooves, add a dash of rock sensibility, and finish it off with the unmistakable flow of one of hip hop’s legends.
