Fresh off HipHopDX's 10 Chicago Rappers You Should Watch For list, Vic Spencer is back and he is considering himself to be "The Investment". The record is produced by the St. Louis Legend, Black Spade, taken away from his brother Tef Poe's 2009 mixtape entitled The Redeemer. Seems like Vic has been heavily inspired by the St. Louis music scene as this is his 3rd record that he has dropped in a row where an artist was sampled from the Show Me State.
