In a recent interview with HipHopDX, A$AP was asked what he thinks of the state of Hip Hop today and the New York rapper responds:
"I think these rap niggas is hustlers. Nobody treats or approaches their career, music or art anymore. Now its just a hustle."
He describes the game to be a laughing stock and says:
"Rap is no longer considered a musical genre. Mother fuckers is either Hip pop, or they just trying to hustle."
