Washington DC's SmCity is set to release his third album, "Empire Falls". Mixing highly political content with a new age sound provided by some of hip hop's most exciting producers including Dj Toomp, Harry Fraud, Statik Selektah, !llmind, Cookin Soul, Tone P, Numonics, Block Beattaz and newcomers Nave & Klimatic. The project also features guest appearances by Bj The Chicago Kid, Emanny and Grammy-Nominated vocalist Maimouna Youssef.
