Following up his latest EP with The Other Guys, Maryland emcee Substantial joins forces with Algorythm (1/2 of the BK production duo The Stuyvesants) for "Always", the second of three EPs leading up to Substantial's upcoming fourth studio album, "The Past Is Always Present In The Future".
