It's pretty much a proven fact that anyone who rocks on a Premo beat is at their best lyrically and flow wise. there is just something about his beats that bring out the best in them. Although I wouldn't say papoose is not a dope spitter, his recent music has been turning me off with his wanting to be relevant to the youth doing more commercial style tracks. Which is why I get so happy to hear dope shit like this. "Hold The City Down" is lifted from off of the NBA2K16 game and soundtrack and features that signature Premo bangness while Pap delivers some fast slick tongued lyrics.
