If you don't know his name already, it's time to get familiarized. Choo Jackson is a Chambersburg, Pennsylvania emcee who made waves with his 2015 mixtape, Broken Hearts Make Money. After being discovered by Mac Miller, Choo began collaborations with the Most Dope family, most notably earning production from E Dan and Big Jerm of ID Labs. Choo just came off the GO:OD AM Tour with Mac Miller, opening alongside the Pittsburgh-based DJ Afterthought. The Philly music/promotion collective, HomeGrownPhilly, caught up with Choo Jackson and DJ Afterthought in Stroudsburg, PA to talk new music, inspirations, and plans for the future. Check it out.
