When people ask me who they should check out, I often sneak Revolutionary Rhythm into the conversation at some point. The highly extremely underrated group first took my senses captive with The Art Gallery and ever since have held my ears prisoner to rather "revolutionary" sounds. All bad puns aside, their new tape, Raw Rhythm Vol. 1 just offers banger after banger of smooth Brazilian inspired funk/jazz with lyrics galore. What more could you really ask for?
