East meets west as two veterans, Statik Selektah and Crooked I, join forces on this bangin' five-track eponymous EP under the moniker Statik KXNG. “Lets Go”, the starter track on the project, features another Massachusetts talent in Termanology and does well to set the tone of the collaboration. The first single “Dead Or In Jail”, released late 2015, features Jessica Quintero’s soothing voice which forms to be the glue that holds the project together. Statik KXNG stays relentless as the final track “Magic & Bird” gets you as hype as the first track and leaves the listener wanting more tracks from the pair.
