The verse from Frøst vocalizes the frustrations he feels towards society's tendency to confine and restrict those who elect to pursue something greater than the traditional trajectory of school, more school, work, and death. "Calm Down" is the lead single off of Frøst's upcoming debut album, Life I Live. With no official release date announced, the project is expected to arrive late this summer.
