Chicago’s own Konflik has released a new digital single today. “Flikked Off” guests SwizZz (Funk Volume) and is a fiery middle finger to the music industry. As Konflik reveals “everyone knows that music is a cut-throat business. Over the years I have encountered so many vultures that wanted to pick me dry. ‘Flikked Off’ is my response to those people to not get me confused with the other artists they are selling dreams to.”
The track also appears on the newly released full-length album "Maturity". True to its title, this is grown man rap with topics including student loans, breaking up after getting engaged, illness and more.
