With his fourth commercial release and second under TDE, Q expresses a new sound and attitude. A new and kind of weird sound on display on the first quarter of this album,. A gang bang anthem with the song 'Ride Out' featuring Vince Staples. Very social and personal consciousness on songs 'Str8 Ballin' 'Black Thoughts' 'Neva Change' featuring SZA, 'By Any Means' and 'JoHn Muir'. This album as an overall is a collection of consciousness, and vivid stories being told. Which is what I expected considering some of his latest features in the past year. Most notably his feature on fellow South Cali Rapper The Game's 'The Documentary 2.5' album.
