Juno Award-nominated, critically acclaimed rapper, singer, songwriter, and visual maverick SonReal will release The Name EP on August 12th via Capitol Records/ Black Box. The EP is available for pre-order from all digital retailers beginning today. Those who pre-order will receive instant download of his new single "Can I Get A Witness" and new track "Soho" for which a video will also be released in the coming weeks. SonReal co-wrote each track on the EP and "Can I Get A Witness" has hit Spotify's Global, U.S., and Canadian Viral charts, already racking up more than 2.1 million plays. Spotify showcased the song as part of its coveted "New Music Friday" Playlist, along with "Most DefiLitly" and "Hip Hop Hits." In addition, Apple Music featured it on the "Best of the Week" Playlist.
