While HiPNOTT Records have been on an unbelievable grind all year with their roster of artists, their standout MC MidaZ has remained silent for most of the year releasing only one track in February with his influential remake of Wu-Tang's "Clan In Da Front" with producer TzariZM. But the Orlando mic killer looks to end 2016 on a high note as he plans to follow up 2012's LOOPS project with the second installment.
The project(s) is a lyrical focus for MidaZ where he excels over looped samples, with no added drums or instruments, executing his perfectly timed flow and wordplay. To set things off he delivers the heavy assisted "Cunning Lyricists", as he is joined by the talents of Cali vet Planet Asia and fellow native Murdoc. The 3 display an incredible array of raw rhymes as they go over a dope psychedelic Turkish rock song which MidaZ himself supplies. Stay tuned for LOOPS TWO coming soon.
