The Last Artful, Dodgr Releases Ominous Labor Aesthetic in Video for "Caverns"

Hailing from Portland, The Last Artful, Dodgr is set to break onto the national stage in the coming year. Along with producer Neill Von Tally, the rapper premiered (via Mass Appeal) the single Caverns and visuals directed by Tim Slew. The video was shot on a tennis court, but you'd never know with its ominous labor imagery, The Last Artful, Dodgr holding a pickaxe.

The duo have a forthcoming album, Bone Music, due to be released this January. The Last Artful, Dodgr described the single in Mass Appeal: “‘Caverns is the perfect introduction to what is to come from the rest of the album, as far as what you are going to get sonically. It is super cold feeling and has a lot of melody and then it hits you out of nowhere with bars.”
