Off the recent release of his EP It's Complicated, It's All Happening So Fast, Even Though I Can't Keep Up With You, You'll Always Be My Sunshine, Portland’s Maze Koroma drops a video for the project’s final track.
The video, directed by Maze Koroma and Riley Brown, gives a new feel to track. As part of the EP, the track taps into intentionally dissonant tech sounds. But the video is nearly visually the opposite: discrete and colorfully pleasing frames and Maze Koroma making small, consumable movements. Despite the audio and visuals being seemingly very different, the two make a good pair. I watched the video a few times through just so I could look and listen a little more.
