Last year the Oakland/LA based artist released the album All The Right Places. After its release Earmilk predicted that ymtk would be "the next one to blow up out of the bay." And it's certainly true the artist has some hits with fellow hot bay artists Rexx Life Raj, Elujay, and IAMSU! One of ymtk's strengths is his ability to play in that gray zone between rap and singing. His rapid enunciation is perfect in satisfying, upbeat anthems.
