J. Lately serves up a brief but insightful taste of what he is all about on his new EP, Nachos. He teams up with the groovy producer, Creature in the Woods, for the project. Somewhere in the thick of being high and dealing with the ups and downs of daily life is melodic relatability, a sense of humor, and something to genuinely bob your head to. Although the EP feels perfectly balanced at its concise length of three tracks, you can't help but want more. Nachos is an impressive project with refreshing perspectives. Here's hoping to J. Lately and Creature in the Woods maintaining the chemistry they've built.
