Lord Apex takes a soft and thoughtful approach to his latest single, "Sunny Daze". Produced by The Kount, the track has a nice and gentle, almost folky rhythm to it, just enough for Apex to captivate the ears of those who come across it. The extended metaphor connecting the person he has in mind to a sunny day gets a video to go with it too. Hand puppets and trippy water colors take up the most time throughout, playing into the innocence of the song altogether.
