One of Texas's young and eccentric artists with a cult following like Jim Jones is Lil Texxan. While he typically orchestrates booming, basement party-friendly bangers, he stays a bit more reserved for "Addicts Story". A ballad with a theme or a message is not something extraordinary for him, but this one in particular takes a couple listens to absorb everything at hand. Images of a tear shedding family, snapping bad habits, and maintaining civility are all in the foreground on the single; and its reenforcing to hear from such a young artist.
