On one cold evening in December of 1999 MarQ Spekt (now of Grilchy Party) set up a meeting between himself, N.Y.C.E. nka HPone of Cult of Icon, and 338 (Abnormal nka Buddy Leezle, Scholar, & PG) and the next day the reign of the then ATL-based super team known as Broady Champs would begin! For the next 7 years they would whoa and inspire an entire generation of underground emcees young and old with their electrifying live sets and tour dates with the likes of KRS ONE, Swollen Members, Scienz of Life, C-Rayz Walz, Akrobatik to name a few, well distributed self-released projects, fantastic cover art by master craftsmen, and larger than life personalities. Though the group never disbanded and continue to support each others' endeavors, this is the first B.C. themed project in close to 13 years.
