Rome Fortune is the eccentric, free forming artist who has a knack for trying new things. He swings and connects with the latest experimentation of golden-era funk. "Ethan Hawke" is genuine, vintage boogie-down righteousness. The Atlanta man has gone down this road before with some of his works with Toro y Moi and other ventures, but this production of funk is elevated.
As he prepares for his upcoming album FREEktales, Fortune finds an exciting way to build some hype. The hazy throwback video features friends like Sushi Ceej, and offers stellar wardrobing and colors. Rome Fortune's pimping is cold on this one.
