Inspired by his previously released 1%er project a few years back, Casket decides to go back to the essence, harvesting the soul of golden era NYC rap that he was enamored with as a youth to deliver razor sharp wordplay, wit, grime and street narrative. A slight change from his usual conceptual, introspective artistry yet just as intense and raw if not more so. Serving up a platter loaded with seasoned bars on top of boom bap production, sitting in his homemade sauce and masterful delivery for listeners to digest. And since they call him The Captain it seems fitting he left a "hidden treasure" of sorts on there in the form a a secret track in "Azul Magic". With production by a few of in house producers and frequent collaborators of his Mad Gifted & Bothered imprint like Grammy Salazar and TaliBoom as well as some others such as Brooklyn vet Bvtman, YSP (YoungSwedishProdigy) & JBrav.
