new visuals from Rochester, NY emcee/producer/engineer Jehovah Nissi featuring Che Noir. Shot by Zach Warren Films the video was shot in Noir’s hood of Buffalo, NY. A devout Hebrew Israelite, Nissi says the track touches on the two emcees respective faiths saying “we’re basically realizing who we are biblically and trying to deal with the responsibilities to our new found knowledge.”
The track appears on Jehovah Nissi’s recently released full-length album Hovito, which also features appearances by Black Geez, Rigz, Chris Rivers, Young Zee, Rah Digga, Shonyea Bengazi and Tekk. Nissi previously collaborated with Black Geez on last year’s Glockchester album, that he both produced tracks for as well as appeared on. In addition to his relationship with Geez, Nissi actually has a massive list of credits to his two-decade long resume in the game which includes being signed to Proof (D12, Eminem) Iron Fist Records, recording J. Cole as well as working extensively with Eto and 38 Spesh.
